The conditions governing your access and use of The AI Astrology platform and Master Chen AI Oracle consultation services.
一. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using The AI Astrology platform (and its Chinese Astrology BaZi sub-product), calculating your Four Pillars of Destiny, consulting the Master Chen AI Oracle, or purchasing divination packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
二. NATURE OF ASTROLOGICAL SERVICES
The readings, compatibility reports, and AI Oracle guidance provided are based on ancient Taoist BaZi, Five Elements (Wu Xing), and True Solar Time calculations. All astrological interpretations are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
三. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES & PAYMENTS
We offer one-time membership access tiers (Essential, Signature, and Mastery):
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
- Question credits (5 for Essential, 11 for Signature, 50 for Mastery) are allocated immediately upon successful payment capture.
- All fees are billed in the selected or converted checkout currency as shown at checkout.
四. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All proprietary algorithms, Master Chen AI prompts, mathematical solar time engines, BaZi chart visualizers, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of The AI Chinese Astrology. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or resale is strictly prohibited.
五. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall The AI Chinese Astrology or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential decisions made based on astrological readings or AI Oracle conversations.
